We’ve been experiencing some problems with the Network recently due to some changes and updates needed with my equipment. Gtek was prompt in coming over to my house to resolve my issues. Everything works great. I ran into someone wearing a Gtek shirt and explained how my pc stop letting me browse the Internet and he came to my house and fixed my issue even if it had nothing to do with their system. I’ve had a great experience with customer service and their technicians. We live in a rural area and I can stream Netflix and my son can do his online gaming just fine. I recommend Gtek to my family and friends.

Being a techy I was iffy at first. Just like everyone else reading past reviews. I made the call and the sales Dept was great. The day came for my install and boom, rain comes in. Tech tells me possibly may not be able to install today. But Thomas our tech stayed and went above and beyond to get it installed. I went with my own router and the speed is unbelievable. I have my Xbox one with tablets and cell phones running. I have no buffering at all. So far good investment on my part and do recommend them to anyone who needs high speed internet. Thank you GTEK!!

Ok at first I was disappointed in response time for disconnect and reconnect. I’ve been with this company for 7 years. We recently moved. It did take a month to transfer, but Leo was awesome. Customer service has been really good. I wouldn’t think of choosing another company. It was 96 with at least a 110 heat index. Our Technician was amazing even after being in it all day.
